Real estate prices may be dropping domestically, but on the Moon they're still climbing. The investment bank UBS released a report concluding that lunar land prices have risen 40 percent since the start of 2007. The costs vary, with some sources claiming the high was $37 per acre in December 2005 and others saying a chunk of land will cost you as little as $56.
Whether anyone will really be able to lay claim to these plots one day is a big question, but apparently that hasn't stopped people from buying them. The king of space real estate, Dennis Hope, of the Lunar Embassy USA, claims to have sold 3.5 million parcels on the Moon and other planets.—Gregory Mone

What's it about?
Modern science has generally been directed toward investigating
the material world, excluding consideration of the conscious
scientist who is essential to the whole process, since, of
course, the very existence of the scientific endeavor itself
depends upon consciousness. Complete scientific knowledge must
consequently include both objective science and subjective
consciousness.
In addition to other programs, Bhaktivedanta Institute's Science
and Scientist Newsletter is humbly offered to inspire scientists
and scholars to contribute their sincere efforts toward
developing this grand synthesis. The result will be valuable not
only for helping to better understand the "hard" problems of
science such as the nature and origin of life and the cosmos, the
mind-brain connection, artificial intelligence, etc. But the
pressing problems of ethics in science, world peace, and
interfaith dialog will also benefit from a more inclusive
scientific worldview.
In our modern era science and religion are the predominating
influences determining the fate of mankind. Promoting and
developing a culture of harmony between such diverse fields has
the potential to expand our conception of reality and advance
human knowledge in the new millennium, in which it is said the
study of life will be pre-eminent. Let us welcome the dawn of
that new epoch with great hope and determined endeavor.

I was recently looking for Lunar Real Estate to buy for a friends baby shower. I ran accross the company you mentioned above, but they were "odd" in that thay didn't let you pick the location and tacked on a sizeable extra amount of $12.50 for standard shipping.
So I kept looking and found a Lunar Real Estate site called Lunar Properties (www.lunarproperties.com). This company let me choose the location that best suited me and my gift giving needs (I bought 2 Bay of Love lots, one for mom and one for the baby)and they did not charge a penney for Priority mail shipping, plus the standard lots are 2.47 acres (instead of just 1 acre with all other the other companies). It only cost me $59.99 for the 2 lots, ($29.99 a piece).
There is also alot of information about the Moon on the Lunar Properties website in addition to numerous links to NASA/Apollo photo archives, and links to all types of other info about the Moon and space exploration. I had alot of fun on this Website and all my friends thought the claim documents looked great when she opened her gift!

I've been real happy with www.lunarinternational.com. I've given a number of their moon property packages as gifts through the years, and they always go over really well. And unlike the company featured in this post, you can pick property in specific regions. My favorite is always Bay of Rainbows, but Sea of Tranquility is most popular.

It depends on where you are located within the states, but if you have acquired a "homestead" then that protects your home from creditors who might try to place a lien on your home. As for the charges, it depends on how late they are. There is normally a 10 to 15 day grace period in which you can pay your mortgage without being late, now even though you are within the month it is due, if after that 10 to 15 day grace period, they do a percentage charge.

So if some one want to buy a part on moon he/she needs to go to USA. I mean why only Lunar Embassy USA selling this. Where are other embassies, do they not have the right of selling land on moon.
